My approach is designed for people who are ready for deeper connection and joy.

I help individuals and couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck and then find their way back to healing and a felt sense of security.

Grounded in highly effective forms of therapy—Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy—I offer a gentle path towards lasting transformation.

Clients often tell me they feel at ease quickly, even if therapy is new or hasn’t worked before.

In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, get curious, and find out what’s happening in a new way.

We work at the pace that feels right to you, observing your experience from a place of compassion, then tapping into effective healing modalities to calmly tend to those hard places that might have felt overwhelming to even think about before we began.

My Therapy Specialties

  • Stuck in the same fights? Together we’ll identify the cycles where you can’t find each other and help you respond differently in real time. First, we’ll meet together to start hearing about your patterns. Then each of you will have a solo session. Then we’ll come back together to begin building a new way of relating.

  • Does it feel like your mind never shuts off? Are you stuck in conflict with yourself or others? Instead of pushing thoughts away or trying to change feelings, we slow down and listen. We tend to the places that carry hard feelings so that they can set down old burdens and finally feel freedom and ease.

  • Somatic therapy helps you calm your nervous system. In our work, we use mindfulness of physical sensation to process past experiences held in your body slowly and safely. As your system begins to recognize safety again, reactions soften and you are more present in your life.
